Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original Flawless packaging and tags into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
